With 25 years of experience, Russ Gordon, the founder of 360 Freedom Coaching, has dedicated his life to invest in married couples and individuals. Russ holds a Master's degree, is a licensed pastor, and serves as an elder at a prominent church in Colorado Springs. Russ is a certified life coache with a passion for helping people thrive in their relationships and lives.
Our extensive background includes 15 years of service on the board of a non-profit organization focused on marriage enrichment, teaching, and coaching couples. We've received feedback from those we've mentored and colleagues in the field, who have affirmed that our services are as effective as many high-priced counseling services and similar organizations.
As we transition into full-time mentoring and coaching, our mission remains steadfast: to provide effective, affordable coaching and mentoring, both in person and through tele-health sessions. Our driving passion is to witness individuals and couples discover true freedom and joy in their relationships and lives.
